Barton soft doors

Hi all does anyone know about the barton soft door type of sidescreen?
What it is is that i have an old set of these soft doors & the rear sidescreens but they need recovering and i was just wondering if anyone has got a set of these things fitted to there moke as i am interested in fitting them to my moke. The bit that confuses me is how they are hinged to the windscreen,the bottom hinge point is just a hole in the bodywork as far as i can work out..
Any help or photos would be much appreciated cheers

I have just done an archive article for the next club magazine on the original Barton brochure for these sidescreens, the brochure includes the fitting instructions.

are these meant to be used with the Barton Fibreglass hard top?

Read your latest issue of Moking and you'll see them fitted to a soft top.......oh, I forgot you've not got it yet

I only posted to fill the whole screen with my replies ..... guess it's a bit like the waiter delivering your desert after everyone else has finished..... you can sit and enjoy whilst the others wish they had some more
