Old Mokers never die, they just smell that way.

Well, at least it might smell a bit fresher than they usually do when it dries out

Re: Just as the day was dawning.
About 18 months ago, my Dad suddenly realised how much he regretted never being able to buy land in that area. With uncharacteristic haste he spent our inheritance and fixed the problem. The inheritance didn't stretch to building anywhere to live, but we have a couple of caravans, a small shed with a proper flush toilet and rainwater tanks. Its pretty special.

This is how it looks here in the Black Forest this morning.
It doesn´t look like weather for going out and drive the Moke.

Hi Daniel, looks like perfect weather, winter wheels on the front, perfect for hand brake turns and sliding about. With the roof down and a silly grin on your face

Hi Graham,
yes that would be great when there wouldn´t be all that salt on the roads.
About 10 years ago I always enjoyed my Mini with the Colway Rally Plus tires on it. But the Mini nearly rusted away.
It was a 1984 Mini 1000 (one of the last 10" Minis).
