The calour gas Moke
Im sure most would have seen the fore sale add on the moke club Facebook page
I bought it and now wondering where to start I bought it as a bit quick really as it is a Somerset reg and a few number off my other moke
It spend 30years I believe on a campsite in Weymouth taking Calour gas bottles and tools about and has at some point been painted a lovely orange You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.

Re: The calour gas Moke
Started having a little look over to see just how original she had a lot of patches on I mean a lot and a A+ rod change put in but most of the electrical bits ignition switch dim/dip switch and light switch I would say are original with Ignition switch and light switch being 2/65 and the dim dip switch being 12/64 sad I know
So how much does it affect the value if I start with a new shell

I don’t think it would ever be worth less than you spend on it......but why are you thinking of resale values when you’ve just bought it? The fun’s yet t begin

Not at all, one of the terminals on the my Mk1s ignition switch broke off, as soon as I saw the 59 date stamp on it, repair was the only option! Sadly my Moke has lost most of its date stamped stuff over the years.

I quite like the colour myself. Bit more interesting than all those green ones.
