Do you mean nyloc nuts? If so I would think they would be widely available at nut and bolt suppliers

Re: nuts for Portuguese side mirrors
Hello Nigel, helas no nyloc.
As the hole in the wing is approx. 10 mm, and the hole in the mirror-foot is 4 mm,
they made a nylon cilinder/bush dia 10 mm, with a head of 12 mm, and inside this
is a metal, round M4 nut. Outside of the meta nut is ribbed, inside of nylon cilinder
is ribbed also, just under the head.
You put the nut in from above, and there is no need to go under the wing.
Anyone??

They go under a few different trade names, but most seem to recognise them as a Nylon Nutsert, eg;-

Old Mokers never die, they just smell that way.

Thank you Spider,
that are the right ones, if the outer diameter is right.
Kind regards, Rien.
