Heavy rain overnight which confirmed that my new 'waterproof' cover - isnt!
Some light rain today and beware there is major roadworks causing long delays in the centre of Builth Wells.
See you all later.

Chris,
This is the second part of your induction to camping.
You got away lightly at the IMM, now prepare for full on tent immersion followed by being washed away in the middle of the night!
Peg that tent down well on high ground and build your Ark. Gather Mokes two by two....... !!!

I'm working tomorrow, so can't make it to wring you out, sorry!

Have fun all

Hi Roger,
No tent this time, we are in a hotel! Wife and dog dont do camping, so if hotel gets washed away we are all in trouble!

Chris,
I'm disappointed in you, woossed out in the face of a little welsh rain indeed !
And there was me thinking you'd gone a stage further and got Wi-Fi in the tent, instead you've got wifey in the hotel.....

Hope you've all had a good event.

Hi Roger,
Been an absolute brilliant weekend so far! Runs out yesterday were great, only one 1st gear hill! And the brakes survived the down hills. Scenery was second to none and weather was very kind, looks like today could be even better. Meal last night was most enjoyable, all this thanks to Kay and Mark for organising such a brilliant event!

Kay I would like to personally thanks you & Mark for a great weekend. Although I was unable to stay for the whole event it was a pleasure to meet you both and our other Moker's ! And what a journey we all went on ! well navigated Mark.

I made it home in one piece today and my Moke performed admirably.

My sincere best wishes for your continued recovery and I hope to see you again in the near future.

Kind regards

Jez

Back home now somewhat tired, but well pleased with the whole weekend, thanks to the brilliant organisations of Kay and Mark. you have set the bar very high for me and Steve for the National next year.
weather was pretty good for the trip home but did stop after 1/2 hour to put the hood up, then again after an hour to put the coat on, but did manage the rest without the hat and gloves!!
Moke performed great over the weekend, only failure was the brake lights failing (either duff switch or air in the pipe under the switch - tomorrows job!).
Will be sorting the piccies out and getting them on the gallery, hopefully others who took pics can then add them, there seemed to be lots being taken over the weekend.
Hope everyone got or gets home safely and that PJ has enough oil to get him home!
Thanks again to Kay and Mark.

As always this weekend is the highlight of the Moke calendar as the planned drives are always spectacular and very well organised. Thankyou Kay and mark for an excellent weekend. Tony & Eddie

Just to add our thanks to Kay and Mark for a very lovely weekend, glad you managed to arrange the lovely weather too.
It was a real pleasure to meet up with other Mokers and have a chance to drive our little cars around the stunning Welsh landscape
Looking forward to next year already.
Steve & Kate.

Any more photos anyone??
Managed to sort out the non-working brake lights - it was the switch! New one installed and all systems are go - well the brake lights are working again!

Hi David,
Great pics, can you put them on the Gallery? Details of how to do it are under 'site discuss'.
Cheers
