Hi Tony
Just booked ferry for Thu to Monday and looking forward to my first ever visit to the Isle of Wight.
Stephen says please get the sun to shine and stop the wind blowing as we are bringing the "new" tent and you know what happened the last time he camped at this site.!
Look forward to seeing everyone over there if not before.
Cheers, Stephen & Kate.

Tony It will remember the final trip off the Island when my father , who was in his late seventies , decided to drive from Bembridge to my pub in north Northamptonshire on a wet cold November day ..... It nearly killed him. By the way , He is moving across Forelands road to the proper nursing home soon. I will email campsite tonight and book in. See you there and thanks for organising this weekend

Hi All,
Just an update for the weekend, Friday's run will start at 2pm approx. taking in local sites, back to Beaper Farm campsite for a bbq (burgers, sausages and accoutrements provided Saturday's run will start at approx. 10 am a journey sheet will be provided just in case anyone gets lost ending as arranged at Havenstreet. Back to Beaper for bbq food provided.
Unfortunately the band I was trying to arrange are in France, so we will have to make our own entertainment. Sunday run 10am south of the island stopping for lunch at the White Mouse Inn then back to base via side roads.

Pray for good weather.

Hi Tony hope all is well with you both. We're really looking forward to spending the weekend with you on the island. Plan is to bring moke down to Lymington next Thursday and spend the night there. We're leaving the car and trailer at the hotel and coming over in the moke on the 10am ferry on the Friday and will head to the site in time for the 2pm run out. We've booked 3 nights at the Wight Montrene in Sandown with an afternoon ferry back on the Monday and another night in Lymington before we head home.
Regards to all

Hi All,

Further update I have changed Sundays run. Have contacted our local publican and he is only to pleased to accommodate us for Sunday lunch for all those interested.
The run will still be from 10 to 12 o'c ending at the Pilot Boat Inn in Bembridge where a Sunday roast or pub fayre will be available. I have reserved table for 20 persons.

WOULD ALL THOSE INTERESTED PLEASED NOTIFY ME ASAP, I can then firm up on numbers.
