Hi all, here are the details for this event. Can you all please confirm you have read and understood them.
1. You should arrive on "Piccadilly" from the Hyde Park Corner entrance no earlier than 9am and no later than10.30am.
2. You will all need a vehicle pass. I have negotiated with the organisers that I will meet you at the entrance and hand them to you as I don't have everyones address and I don't trust the post!
3. Anyone wishing to park up in London the night before [Paul Hancox?] can do so in a designated area, i.e. "Milbank" but will need a vehicle pass, so if anyone does want to park up overnight then let me know and i'll send one to you. You must park in Milbank before 6pm the night before.
4. You will all receive a LNYDP 2018 medal and some other momentos.
5. On the 5th of January, The Lord Mayor of the City of London, councillor Ian Adams has invited every participant to a champagne & canapés reception in The Gladstone Library, Number One, Whitehall Place, London, SW1. Please let me know if you would like to attend as I need to know the numbers.
6. The whole event is being televised on the FREEVIEW CHANNEL 8.

For all UK residents you can watch the parade on SKY CHANNEL 212 and FRESTSAT 401 Channel, also anyone based in the USA can watch it on RFD-TV. You can also watch it on the LNYDP web site from 12 noon to 3.30 pm.

Andy, thanks for a really great day !
It was good to see some old and new faces but above all to have such a laugh as we all travelled the route through central London, and then to be awarded a medal !
