Brooklands Mini Day Sunday 22nd March

Post by grantourer » Tue Jan 21, 2020 20:41

After a couple of years absence the Moke Club will be attending this prestigious event at the iconic track. We are planning a club stand in the main area. Test Hill will be in use for this event and if you are brave enough you should be able to take a run up the Hill.

Further event information can be found on the Brooklands web site, https://www.brooklandsmuseum.com/whats- ... s-mini-day

To attend this event with the club, please contact Andy Woolhouse andy.woolhouse@mokeclub.org who is the area Rep co-ordinating this event, and further information will be posted, when it becomes avaiable

Can somebody that is going please take some pictures and send them to the Moking Editor for inclusion in Moking so that those us that are unable to attend can enjoy it as well?

Sincere and unreserved apologies for that untended error of a 'T' instead of an 'M' ?

'Auto correct' has a lot to answer for.

Unless of course it was correct, appropriate and apt.

Not unexpected, but still a dam shame. I do hope this is not the sign of things to come for our proposed Moking year !

Best wishes to all

Hi all,
I think this will be the first of many cancellations. As I am almost in the 'at risk age group' as well as having 'underlying health issues', I'm not booking in for any events with the Moke this year  , if the crisis ends then I will reconsider. It's going to be a worrying few weeks/months I fear. Lets hope that we all manage to avoid any problems and can carry on with life as normal, especially enjoying events in the Moke!! :D
