Manual

Post by Doug G »

My Mini moke manual has arrived. Alas like the best made plans of mice and men .. it was unable to fly across the Atlantic in a friend's (two opportunities) luggage.

It finally came by mail all £14.31 of postage.

BUT it is here. :D

Now to try and find my way around it.

So far, naturally, the operations I want to do are VERY scant in their description.

For example.Near the back Section m is BRAKING SYSTEM.

Under Section m.1 HANDBRAKE ADJUSTMENT , in the second paragraph it refers to

" . . . of the shoe adjusters as explained in Section M.2 and M.10. This is most important."

Now, Section m.2 deals with BRAKE LININGS.
However, unfortunately there is not a Section M.10 or even an m.10. It only goes up to Section m.3. You have to go back to page M 7 way back for a Section m.10. .

I think I am going to need a Haynes or similar.
Having a moking good time!
