BTW Isn't the UK due for some snow and cold weather next week:

Britain is bracing for the coldest February week in five years as the country gears up for -8C (19F) lows come Sunday night before London is hit by up to four inches of snow on Monday.

Temperatures could fall even further to -10C (14F) this weekend in parts of the country as freezing air from Russia dubbed the 'Beast from the East' arrives from Sunday night and snow hits eastern England first.

But forecasters have warned the strong E winds could make the sub-zero temperatures feel more like -14C in parts.

Sitting here in Victoria, Australia at 10:30pm in just shorts and no shirt its still 22 degrees. Heading for 35 degree tops again for the weekend.
Looks like a shocker this year for you all. Hope you can all stay safe and warm, look after your selves.

Thanks for that Halfpint!
Mind you it has warmed up a little today, it's approx. 1 degree C and about -5 with the wind chill. We still have snow and more on the way this afternoon - apparently :shock:
