Our '68 mk2 english moke came with a 4-synchro remote gearbox without the alloy extension. It's looking original, but we want to be sure it is correct, because of the rebuild of it.

In the end of '68 the Mokes were build with the 4-synchro what i find in the books, but then it doesn't use the 22G68 type casing? Then it should be the 22A1288 remote type casing?

In the ball of the gearstick is a slot, In the 22G68 at the rh side, and the 22A1288 at the top...
Also the one's with a heater, has some more bends?

Who has a mk2 '68 moke, and what type of casing?

I have some picture's but need to find a way to upload them.

There is detailed information on how to post pictures in the “Site Discuss” section. It’s the first thing you’ll see in there.
