Well, it's actually the arrival of a new Mini in our lives. A 1988, automatic Mini Mayfair which was purchased today. Not yet road worthy, but with some hard work from Denzil & I, we should have this on the road by the end of the year!!

Don't panic, it's not a replacement for the violet]Purple[/color] Moke, I just realised at the IMM what fun Minis are, and got an idea in my head that I wanted one. It just means I can now travel to events in the Mini, but still keep Denzil company on runs in the Moke (weather dependant!!)

It's also just nice to know that another original Mini will be back on the road rather than stuck in a garage somewhere!!

Just read your post from 1st June 2008 and it says that your Mini will be on the road at the end of the year!!!

Why is it still sitting on my drive, untouched???

But then, as of next weekend, it can go in your garage!!!
