Ken try this one http://www.bubblecarmuseum.co.uk/
I love bubble cars, but they are very rare in Australia, I've only ever seen a handful, and never more than one at once. If I was in the UK I'd be organising a Moke club trip to visit that museum, in their picture gallery they have lots of photos of visiting club's cars and bikes.

Nigel, I reckon that explains where they all went, wiped out by dead kangaroos! Somehow, I don't reckon too many bubble cars see the highways here. I reckon they stay in the city where the roadkill tends to be smaller and fluffier.
The old Fiat 500s were probably the most common bubble over here, and Goggomobils have become part of Australian folklore, due to a series of clever advertisements. I've seen a couple of them. A single BMW Isetta and an NSU Prinz. And thats it, after a lifetime of looking for small cars.
The post office had some 3 wheel Vespa Apes to deliver mail (before the saw the light and got Mokes) and theres the gorgeous little "Deliverette" delivery van based on a BMW motorbike in the Museum in Victoria, but I don't know if they count.
My love of little cars is what brought me to Mokes in the first place.

Re: Bubble car museum
I think so, A Heinkel Trojan. I remember seeing them on the roads when I was a lot younger (before I knew what Mokes were). I seem to remember having a model of one (Dinky?).Tim wrote:Nice, a Heinkel isn't it?

Re: Bubble car museum
I think the Trojan was a rip-off of the Isetta, but has more windows. There were several cars that are all superficially similar but badge engineered like crazy from that time.
