Making your own seat cussions

Looking for good tips concerning making some cussions for my Schmitt (where now there's a painted bench which is slippery in the corners, I wasn't looking for any sideways experience ). I guess there's some kind of yellow foam thing and then wrapping it with some kind of vinyl/fabric (preferably black), but a bit more specific material choice and where to get it, would be helpfull. It would be nice to have it on by next sunday for it's first meet (if weather stays as it is).



Some step by step pics would be superb too. Thanks in advance.
