You do sometimes wonder if these sellers actually believe that they have a 'Moke' or if they're just hoping prospective buyers know no better :?

Hi Jan, it is probably the latter. When my brother looked at doing a kit car, like this one, they where sold as Moke replacements. People seem to have forgotten the "replacements" bit

Generic name for a car-with-no-roof ..... Moke! It's like calling all vacuum cleaners Hoovers I suppose

And what about the oil filler????? Looks like marine application rocker cover when the engine is to close to the underside of the deck sole
