Have any of those little plastic oil flinger discs, as fitted to Metros, percolated to your neck of the woods yet Tim?

Never heard of them Nigel, do they go next to the oil seal on the crank? The might not work on the early 850, it has a "thin tail crank" which is smaller in diameter than the later ones.

I think (without checking) that it slips over the primary gear....... I'll have a look in my junk drawer in the garage
