I would have thought £10K was pusking it for a resto project?

Doesn't look too bad. Floors look OK, but then up close, it could be a whole different story. Seems to have had quarter lights fitted at some stage. Gotta be worth 8-9K, but 10K does seem a bit optimistic.

Of course it's worth it. Someone told him it would be worth £15k when it's finished so it must be true :roll:

I suppose, if you buy it for £10K then spend £5k on it. Then it would be worth £15K in expenditure, but would whether you make money on it is very debatable
