Pothole Competition

Freewheeling banter.....anything goes as long as it's clean and nothing to do with Mokes.

Pothole Competition

Post by Doug G »

RE

Perhaps we should have an informal competition on this forum and post our pics of our road with the worst potholes. :D [/quote]

OK so here is the idea.

We each post our picture of most outrageous/largest etc pothole.

You can enter as many pics as you like.

It/they must be of one(s) that you have actually seen, not one(s) from the news or off the net.

Mind you I might take up this chap's idea. :D

Darn, no takers. I'd love to drive on the roads in your country - no potholes. :D

Doug,
With the freeze/thaw cycles we get up here, there's plenty of potholes.... I'm too busy dodging 'em* to take a picture. I think some of 'em are deep enough to have folks down there waiting for the Red Cross to drop food and blankets.

*Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and I'll get the Moke out of storage to dodge those potholes in style.

Here's just a "snip" from the local paper. (Cleveland Plain Dealer) The Road Rant column runs about every other day and this time of year it's full of pothole reports.
