Hi Dean. I believe we are doing a run on Sunday 29th, after the MiniWorld action day, so yes at least one event

Hi All,
Hopefully the weather will be kind to us on Sunday for the IMD.
Should anyone wish to join us, we will be heading to Matlock Bath to celebrate the IMD.
There is a large lay by (with tea shed) on the left on the A6 approx. 4 miles outside of Belper (just before Whatstandwell) going towards Matlock where we will be between 10:30 and 11:00am on Sunday should anyone wish to join us.
At 11:00 we will proceed on to Matlock Bath for a look round and possibly some lunch.
After lunch we could either continue looking round Matlock Bath or go on for a drive up to Chatsworth house.

Yes... as Grantourer confirmed - we will be holding a run on Sunday - departing from the Piccadilly Caravan Park in Lacock, Wiltshire around Moke time..... that means anywhere between 10 and 11 or later depending on previous eve's antics. At present we should have between 10 and 12 Mokes - plan is to expore Lacock, then do a short scenic drive, and assemble for a pie n pint (of orange juice of course  )

Following what appeared to be an 'enjoyed by all' Castle Combe MiniWorld event the day before, we went on a (very) short trip to the car boot show in Lacock, followed by a photo shoot in the village itself in front of the George pub where we had our meal the previous evening - should be on their facebook page soon. Then, an exploratory stroll and a well needed cuppa.... Most then departed for up to 8 hours return home - Wesley and Anja, Danny and Kris (lucky people, they stayed an extra night) - thanks for your commitment :D 3 Mokes remained (PPLM, PJ and selves) for lunch in Lacock.

If you get the opportunity, check out this wonderful little village and surroundings. It is absolutely beautiful

Well ended up as 'Billy no Mates' but had a great day out in the warm sunshine in Matlock Bath and Chatsworth. Will put some photos on as soon as the gallery is up and running again.

Hi Wesley,
Its a 'House' not a castle! Chatsworth House is the most visited place in the country, over 600,000 vistors a year! and yes it is nice :)

Theres always one!
Perhaps I should have put 'its one of the most visited' or 'its one of the most visited country house', never the less it was 'proberbly' the only one with a Moke in front of it on 29/09/13!!!
