Bolt holes? ok, well, holes with captive nuts behind them. Just like what holds in the gas tank cover on an older English moke, like mine.
So, I found two more of those, right up on the "leading edge" of the underside pannier panel. What are there for? I have never had the moke assembled, so I have no idea. Help please ???

Re: Two bolt holes underside shell, left front
Peter,
My shell has the same two holes with the captive nuts. Never did figure out why they're there... So, I didn't fill them in... Figured there had to be some reason for 'em.....
Now, hopefully, well find out what obscure/arcane reason was behind the factory mystery....
Edited to add:
Peter,
You, most likely, will see this on the MiniMania message bored. But for those stumbling across this and wondering what those holes were for:
"...The captive nut holes held the attachment to hold them on the dolly they rolled them around the factory on..."
