The club will definitely be organising a full weekends worth of activities for this event, culminating with a visit to Beaulieu, the motor museum and be with the Mini Cooper register.

There will be further details in the forthcoming mag as well as on the forum. Naturally this will take quite some planning bearing in mind that 10 years ago, some 80 Mokes attended. Keep your eyes peeled :D !

As you will probably know by now, the campsite has been confirmed as being:

Hollands Wood
Lyndhurst Road, Brockenhurst, Hampshire, SO42 7QH
Directions: Located off A337 Lyndhurst to Brockenhurst road, 3 miles south of Lyndhurst.
Tel: 01590 622967
http://www.campingintheforest.co.uk/eng ... d-campsite

When booking, please mention Mini Moke Club - we have an area set aside just for us. Book early as there will be lots of people there for the weekend.

THose arriving in Campers and Motorhomes; be aware that there are no hook-ups at this camp site. Apologies about this, but by the time I found out, the venue had been chosen. So..... make sure your fridges are pre-cooled, your gas bottles are full and leisure batteries charged. There are plenty of phone battery charge points at reception as well as sockets at the shower blocks - best advice: get a 12v USB charger.

Note; Hollands Wood campsite will not take a booking for one night by phone. However, book online and it's no problem!

I may yet end up camped on the beach as they don't like me sleeping in my van...... :o
