Hello everyone,

does someone know if my mirror brackets are a different type or did someone change them...... :?

See pictures please. I would like to see a picture how they are in use with the mirrors.

Many thanks in advance, Merry Christmas, Rien.

I may be wrong, but they look like home made tabs that have been added

I agree, they don't look remotely like the originals I've seen.

Not always the best thing to work from, however this is from one of the factory parts books, and in this case, it does actually look like what was fitted!

The part of the brackets that the Mirror screwed on to were forward facing as the Mirrors only had a Ball Mounted Stud on the back, not off to the side.
Old Mokers never die, they just smell that way.

I came across this early Moke, take a close look and notice that the mirror-brackets, grab-handles and the roof frame are totally different.
Even the position of the roof frame is different.

Who hasn't read their copy of Roy Scott's book then?

This photo is of Diana Rigg in BOX 656C, which one one of the prototype Mokes. All is explained on page 72 of Roy's book.

The short rounded ones were original, made a couple of copies for one of the other members
