Strange rear floor (no corugations?) and strage main floor (no corugations and square? tunnel?)
Gear lever gaiter seems lost in the rather large hole?
Me thinks some strange repairs afoot!

It looks like some home made repair panels doesn't it Chris, complete floor, tunnel and hull sides are all flat sheet material.
Not nearly as nice as the Moke in the add next to it lol.

Hi. I saw this when it first came on eBay. Guy said it was like it when he bought it.

It looks like it's been repaired well enough even though it's just been flat steel. Sort of loses the appeal to me and would cost eck of a lot to rectify. As stated i'd prefer the other one!!

I wonder what it looks like from underneath? The corrugations in the original panels were there for strength, if they have been replaced with Cub panels, the strength on the Cub is achieved with a separate chassis. So have these flat panels been put over the original panels? Needs a good dose of close scrutiny by any prospective buyer I think.

It wont be Cub panels - you wouldn't need to. And agree the ribs and pressings are for strength and to prevent vibration of the panels when travelling.Wally2 wrote:I wonder what it looks like from underneath? It would be a simple case of buying flat sheet and dropping it in.
As you say whats it like on the parts you can't see. Good luck to the seller and prospective buyer but for me its a resto project.
If you get it for the right price then fair enough..
