Actually 'Spike' is the cat's name.
'Frankie' is the miscreant.

Re: Mud Flaps
UPDATE:
I have bitten the proverbial bullet and ordered the replacement rear mud flaps [Which I had soo carefully trimmed to size]
and
a set of (4) side flaps for in the wheel arches.
Now if I can only remember where I put the buts and bolts I took off of the originals.
Have plenty of time, they arrive (hopefully) with my son in Mid December.

Re: Mud Flaps
Unfortunately there are no licking of chops.
He licked them too much early last month when he decided to attack the cat and nearly killed it.
He has been transferred to another family property which has a single dog there and now gets on well with.
Cat is now recovered and awaiting fur to fully regrow.
Merry Christmas

Re: Mud Flaps
However he managed to consume 30% of the left flap and about 70% of the right flap.
I know what I want for Christmas when my daughter comes out from UK.
