I am after four 165/60/12 but have been quoted astronomical prices..

...any ideas?

You can try e-bay or Mini Spares have Falken tyres at around £50 each.

Mini Spares Online at Huddersfield do Nankangs at £37.50 ea. If you just want black round rubber ones, made where your mobile phones are made, I can get them around £27.00 ea.
