Still working my through my 1966 MKI build. Do the side pod openings use the rubber seals? I got some but with them on the cover sticks too far out to me.
Also am I over thinking this? Where the windscreen mounts to the body seems not strong enough. I plan to drive the moke rapidly when possible and just wondered if it might flex in that area. I made a couple of reinforcing bars from 1/4" aluminum but do I gain anything using them other than feel good factor?

Re: Couple of questions
All the side bins bar the battery one have rubber seals around them, if I remember correctly they are available from the clubs online shop.

Re: Couple of questions
As to the aluminium reinforcement, I think steel would be a better option though I’ve never bothered on my moke and it has been known to move along fairly rapidly at times.
