All positions are open for re-election, applications should be submitted to the Secretary four weeks prior to the meeting, specifically the following positions require to be filled at this AGM: Club Secretary, Publicity Officer, Merchandise Manager, Midland Representative and Archivist.
Please advise the Club Secretary if you have anything you would like discussed at the
AGM. As time is restricted we will only discuss matters that we consider relevant. Other matters will be discussed at routine Committee meetings.
It is our intention to run a meeting were you can attend in person or via Zoom like last year, which will enable our members from a distance and overseas to join in.
Naturally we'd love to see and hear from you, but you must register with me by email at least two weeks before the meeting for:
• Those attending via Zoom to receive the access information for the call, along with a mobile phone number to text questions during the meeting.
• Those attending in person so we can make the catering arrangements, and have information packs printed out.
