Moke National 2024 Friday 26th - Sunday 29th July

The 2024 Moke National will be held on the weekend of 26th to 28th of July in the North Yorkshire Moors, centered around the campsite at Hutton-le-hole. www.huttonleholecaravanpark.co.uk. tel 01751 417261. The campsite has a range of accommodation which includes luxury bell tents and cabins as well as the usual serviced pitches for tents and motorhomes/campervans. The weekend will consist of the usual format of Friday meet and greet, Saturday a run out into the beautiful hills and villages of the area, in the evening there will be a meal in the Crown pub. Sunday will include a shorter run out to allow for people who may have to return for work the next day.
Events like this are made by those who participate,so if you have never been to an event I would wish you to consider this one as your first of many.

During the runs out the format will take the usual form with the lead car showing the route and then the second car will stop at each corner to show the rest of the drivers which way we are going. At the back of the field will be a nominated 'tail end charlie' who will slow and let the waiting car rejoin the field. The lead car and the 'tail end charlie' will be in contact with each other and so if anyone gets into any difficulty we can all stop and lend whatever assistance we can as there are generally plenty of people who are mechanically minded who can usually get the Mokes moving again. During the day there will be frequent stops at places of interest or places where facilities can be taken advantage of.
