Moke exhaust system?

Are there any differences between a Moke (english) exhaust system and a normal Mini one? Longer? Will an RC40 system fit ?

I did actually mount a standard exhaust system from Walker. I was going to mount an RC40 but as I had a small 850cc in the engine compartment I decided to go for a standard exhaust as well. That worked the whole summer, even to Spain and back

but for the next season we will have to see... there is a MG1300cc engine standing in a corner, then we maybe get use for the RC40 and a LCB or similar...

I think you'll find that most Mini systems (Standard and performance) will fit an English Moke. They will also probably fit Australian Mokes manufactured up to approx. 1979/1980. Mokes built after this data (Late Australian and all Portuguese and Cagiva models) will probably need a modified system due to the location of the gearchange selector box on these models.

Do a search on exhausts on the forum as there have been other posts made since this topic was started.
Further to my post in 2006, standard Mini systems may not fit an Aussie Moke without some modification.

Can anyone tell me what or which exhaust, just bog standard, I need for a LHD 1986 Portugese Moke? and where to get it?

I'm assuming LHD/RHD doesn't make a difference? Guess I should ask the seller/manufacturer, I'll go do that.
