Do members get prompted regarding renewing their subscriptions when they are nearly ended?

Generally just you, however they can be deployed at any time in any place.

haven't had to send ted in yet, but he is on stand by for when it gets heavy, usually just the threat sorts it out.

If Ted was to post anything you never know what you are gonna get. Not the best person with computers!

He recentely sent the whole committee, his invoice for his forthcoming holiday!
But then knowing Ted, as we all do, he was probably hoping that someone would pay the balance!

gosh that took a long time, I did those Monday last week! It takes less time to get stuff from America now, and that takes two months air mail.
