It used to be true but I haven't seen any for a while. The Victorian Moke club had a whole pile of them re-manufactured in stainless and they looked pretty good UNTIL they discovered that they weren't quite right and didn't sit flat against the face of the brake drums. This raised safety concerns and they were forced to issue a recall a few months ago. Igot mine from mini spares centre tel 01707-607700 part no wella caps 12 if you want to see them look at members mokes pedros moke, the back ones were a little loose but a rubber O ring sorted that.
