Hood frame and fittings

ok my sorry i should have said, its a new roof from, the webbing is in two pieces, one short pieces with buckles on and a loop that appears to go over the back hoop, and a long piece with an eyelet in, i just want to be sure how the long front piece joins to the back one and what the back screw goes through

The best bet might be to ask the supplier. My mokes have had them attached in two ways at the back. One just had the end of the strap folded over a couple of times with the screws going through it into the upper edge of the tailboard on the outside at the rear. The other one was almost the same but a piece of flat steel was wrapped inside the end of the strap.
