Am I driving in 1965 Shocks?

Post by MiniCord »

I'm curious! My Moke is a low mileage car and it appears to be very original. Is a 65 Uk Moke.

I have to replace the shocks, but I am wondering if they are the Factory original ones.

I can't find any brand or stickers on it but they are different to other shocks.

They are all black. The front ones have a plastic dust cover and the rear ones have a rubber dust cover.

Can anyone tell me if they were the factory fitted ones?

Yes, I did replace them. Moke is so stiff now! lol

I got Monroe Original. Not much choise here in Canada, they were the only set in Black and they were the cheapes ones.
