distance is not an issue ......postage is the same cost to anywhere in the world, indonesia has a modern postal system that has never failed us yet .

their pricing system is strange but benefits most countries (eg it costs the same to post it to australia as the uk , yet we are the nearest neighbour....go figure lol).
