Micro Car Sale

Freewheeling banter.....anything goes as long as it's clean and nothing to do with Mokes.

Really? Didn't realise they did that from your end as well.
Anyway, skip the BBC bit and go straight to the website in question

I will be there as a bidder but will most likely come home empty handed going by the pre-sale estimates. It is only an hour from home so could not pass it up. Lots of neat stuff.

Lots of neat stuff that went WAY out of my price range. A decent driver Authi 1275 went for $25,000. Worth maybe half that on any other day. But I had a good time watching others spend their money.

Yeah isn't that fun watching rich guys with more money than sense swinging their $#*&s around to see who has the biggest.... Unfortunately, that starts to take these beautiful little works of art out of the reach of us peasants...

But, if I ever get in the mood to sell, I'll drag Barb down to one of those auctions with a bunch of red Italian cars 'n such... If I try to move it in the Mini-centric world, all I'll hear about is how overpriced it is.

What was real staggering was that the Peel P50 went for $105,000.
