Woke up to see this view from my verandah

A friend's boat had gone ashore :(

Holed in a couple places and maybe structurally compromised.

Yacht has been recovered and is now on dry land.
Having a moking good time!

Yes, that would would put a bit of a dampener on the morning, eh?
Old Mokers never die, they just smell that way.

It is now hauled out. Several holes, possibly some structural damage, no insurance.

Not a happy situation.

I will be helping haul out a friend's catamaran at that yard tomorrow and hope o have time to look at it.
