Interesting. It's clearly some sort of factory prototype that anticipated developments by approximately 20 years.

Thing is, it's a pretty nice looking Portugese. So why try and sell it on a description cribbed from a second hand heritage sheet for a completely different Moke? I wonder if it's a scam?
