My Mini Moke update.
Now in the hands of the chap that did the renovation initially.
Work to be done:
- repair front bumper (replace one support).
- Take bend out of left end or rear bumper (don't ask).
- Repair both front wings.
- Straighten some rod underneath, as the accident pushed the left wheel a bit back.
- Do a 'number' of rust bubbles.
- Replace hood. Stitching coming apart and leaks through needle holes when it rains.
- Replace indicator and park light.
- Install a new panel under the fuel tank (original missing).
- Repairs to rear floor in front of each seat.
- Repair floor in front of front seats at tunnel.
- Complete repaint.
Any guesses at the estimated (and total final) cost?

Hey Doug!
Good to seeing you getting on with it, some of us were thinking you'd ditched it after that bingle.
Depending on the paint job, I'd guess the repairs would be worth between $6k and $10k AUD.

B. I have the top up because the sun is so hot. Plus I am trying to avoid skin cancer issues.

Replacing the steering rack and tie rod ends as well.
All that arrived yesterday with my son's three friends who came for two weeks holiday.

You were the closest.
Body work to front grille, repair to left wing, 'straighten inner fender' grind out rust spots , repair front bumper, repair rear bumper, replace rod including dropping and raising engine, complete repaint etc as per OP - except for the hood - came to US$6,450.00
There is a prize of a bottle of rum awaiting your collection.
PS If not claimed in person within 10 days it may be consumed by the doner.
