Hi Dean,
Now you've had a look at them, what do you think? Moke or kit?

I see the Maltese thing has now migrated to the UK ( 271780540380 ) and is now up for £6250 !!! Not bad seeing as it went for around £3900 in Malta

I wonder if the UK vendor knows any more than the Maltese vendor.
Its also got make an offer option - would £2.50 be too much?

The seller says ''As Malta is a European country there is no Duty to pay so it is very easy to register.'' Presumably the DVLA will direct the 'buyer' to the Moke Club in order to confirm that it is - an AMC cub! so that he can very easily register it!

Middlesborough car does appear to have some 'Moke' panels...... the bulkhead, screen frame, corner panels under screen frame, bonnet etc could be 69 or early 70's Moke. Even under bonnet, it doesn't look too far removed..... OK, battery apart. From screen back though looks lotally homegrown.....

Seller's ID IS interesting (no pun intended  )

But then, how many classic cars wouldn't qualify for the same paradox? English Moke, with new bulkhead and wings, portuguese middle and rear - "genuine English Moke"?
